EMBIARA COMMUNITY, CACHOEIRA MUNICIPALITY’S RURAL VILLAGE IN BAHIA STATE/BRAZIL

Died recently, Mr. Milton Gomes dos Reis, has been  surprising some people who knew him, appearing in homes and also in Cachoeira Town’s open fair on saturdays.

Known as a patriarchal figure in the community of Embiara de Cima, where he lived, Mr. Milton Gomes dos Reis, father, grandfather and great-grandfather of numerous offspring, died on January 9th, this year.

The deceased was mourned at his residence in Embiara de Cima and buried the  day  after at Cachoeira Town’s local cemetery in the presence of relatives, friends and lots of people.

The supernatural

Now in May, Mr. Milton has been seen by people in the village and at Cachoiera Town’s open fair, on successive saturdays. Also he has appeared in Embiara de Cima, including in continued long chat with an acquaintance who not long ago came to the site and did not know of his death. The strongest evidence is a driver’s wife who carries the municipality’s teachers to schools in the locality, who has seen Mr. Milton  three times at the Town’s open fair. Quite recently,  she saw him in the Town Hall's  Market, but when she hurried to greet him, he walked very quickly, whose speed did not allow her to reach him. He disappeared from her vision. There are other strong reports on Mr Milton’s materialization seen not only in Cachoeira Town’s open fair and market, but mainly in the rural community region in which he lived and left his offsprings.
